LOCATION
How far are you from downtown Laguna?
We are easy walking distance from downtown & main beach, by sidewalk - or sand. The walk is about ten to fifteen minutes, and by car the drive is 4 minutes. Situated in the HIP District, property is right on the fringe of Laguna's best eateries, galleries and shops, making the walk the most peaceful and enjoyable - we typically prefer it!
Are there beaches close to you?
The hotel is built right into the bluffs of Laguna Beach where you can find us directly on the sand. Bluebird beach is our home, however within a ten to fifteen minute walk (by sand or sidewalk; 4 minutes by car) you can also find yourself on Laguna's iconic main beach. We are also in close proximity to many more of Laguna's idyllic beaches:
- 1.6 miles, Victoria Beach
- 1.9 miles, Shaw's Cove
- 2.1 miles, Crescent Bay
- 2.6 miles, Table Rock Beach
- 3.0 miles, Thousand Steps

Do you have a restaurant on property?
Currently, we do not have a restaurant on property, but we can recommend several of the best local eateries and restaurants. We also provide a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby each morning.

Do you offer points or other rewards for hotel stays?
Currently, we do not offer a points system. We do of course recognize and appreciate our most frequent and loyal guests with special care and extra- personalized attention.
What is your pet policy?
Unfortunately, the hotel is not pet friendly at this time — service animals exempt. Service animals are accomodated without fees/restrictions.
GUESTROOM PROGRAMMING
What is the checking policy?
Check-in period is between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night stay.
**Please note there is also a "no-show" fee in which 1 night stay will be charged to your credit card.
